細江英公＆竹内万里子「フォトフェスティバルの魅力」を語る。

Talk by Eikoh Hosoe & Mariko Takeuchi: “About Photo Festival”

世界各国、さまざまなフォトフェスティバルに招待され参加してきた写真家細江英公がフォトフェスティバルの魅力を語ります。

2009年11月に開かれるイタリア・ルッカデジタルフォトフェスティバルでの10メートル超におよぶ絵巻物の展示レポートもあわせておこないます。

またアルル写真の出会いフェスティバルに１０年間通い続けた竹内万里子からアルルの魅力をお話しいただきます。

Eikoh Hosoe will talk about his fascination about the Photo Festivals from his experience of being invited photographers for many Photo Festivals across the world. The documentation of his giant, 10 meter- long picture scroll piece shown at LUCCA digital PHOTO fest in Italy will be also on showed. The photography critic Mariko Takeuchi will discuss her appreciation to the Les Rencontres D’Arles Photographie, which Ms. Takeuchi has been passionately visiting for recent 10 years.

この『フォトグラフィック・カンバセーション』は、文字通り「写真の対話」をテーマ とするプレゼンテーション・イベントであり、写真家、写真評論家、キュレーター、 アーティストたちが集い、ある者はパワーポイントで自らの作品を語り、またある者は写真への解釈を共有し、ともに深めるためのセオリーを展開します（1人当たりの制限時間は25分）。朝から夜まで、オーディエンスの参加・出入り自由の、写真を巡るより開かれたプラットフォームを共有するトーク&プレゼンテーションイベント『フォトグラフィック・カンバセーション』に是非ご参加ください!

The PHOTOGRAPHIC CONVERSATIONS is one-day talk and lecture rally of photographers, photo critics, curators and artists to talk and share the ideas around the photography. The invited speakers are given 25 minutes to present their engagement with photography, one may show his work with Power Point presentation and the other may debate her theory on photography. Open to the public audiences, the PHOTOGRAPHIC CONVERSATION will provide the platform for eve- ryone to jam and share their voices on the photography!
